Процесс исполнения приказа на покупку или продажу ценных бумаг. По совершении сделки выходит отчет, подтверждающий факт сделки. Расчеты (платеж и передача прав собственности) совершаются в США в течение 1 (для фондов взаимных инвестиций) или 5 (акции) дней со дня исполнения приказа.
